TikTok Growth
I orchestrated a complete overhaul of The Hustle's TikTok presence, infusing it with content that was more engaging and aligned with brand identity. Over a span of 7 months, I successfully grew the following by 70k through a combination of organic growth strategies and targeted paid methods.
In 2023, The Hustle's TikTok consistently outshone HubSpot's TikTok, boasting millions of views and an impressive 5% engagement rate. This achievement is particularly noteworthy given the much smaller team size at The Hustle which highlights my adept management and content strategy skills.
Strategy
In response to a redefined set of brand marketing objectives, I collaborated with the HubSpot community manager to devise an interim HubSpot social tone of voice and channel-by-channel strategy guide.
This unified tone was implemented consistently across all platforms, catering to the brands' millions of followers.
I also assumed the responsibility of formulating a comprehensive tone of voice plan and strategy playbook for The Hustle to be referenced across The Hustle's social platforms and to to lay the groundwork for a robust brand roadmap.
